Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer various shipping options for domestic orders within India. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the shipping method selected, and the weight of your order.

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary by destination
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided in that email.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. Please refer to the following estimates:
· Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
· Express Delivery: non
MUKTA ensures to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date communicated as above, however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which MUKTA is not liable and would request its users to co-operate as WE continuously tries to knockout such instances. Also, MUKTA reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) through the channel it was paid.
Address Change
You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is Confirmed or Pending and none of the item(s) purchased in the order are shipped. However, if there are any variations in the charges/taxes (if any) applied for the original delivery address used while placing the order v/s the delivery address to be updated, the request for updating the delivery address might not be accepted.
Hidden Charges (Taxes etc.)
You will get the final price during check out. Prices of all products are inclusive of all the taxes however, the shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at sales@shilpamarketing.com for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
